PROVE A GOSTOSA
Paying attention to the popular food sold on the streets in Salvador, this intervention was done selling a skewer mixing different ingredients, after the model of the grilled cheese street vendor.
A mobile grill was built on a suitcase´s trolley, where new unexpected skewers with sausage slices of German Rostbratwurst from Thüringen, where combined with tofu (soja beans cheese) pieces and the traditional cheese of Salvador.
This transnational mix on a skewer was offer to the people in the area of Rio Vermelho at Lago da Mariquita square, where a lot of food vendors offer their products to the people who gather for food and beers at nights.
